Sop Calibration Measurement Tape

 All measurement tapes used for measurement must have calibration.

Tools Calibration SOP/Method:

1. Calibration must be done by the person in charge.

 2. Calibration must be done within 90 days or 3 months.

 3. Use a stainless steel scale for calibration.

 4. Measurement tape and stainless steel scales used for calibration must be clean.

 5. Using the stainless steel scale 20cm, 50cm, 100cm, 150cm these 4 different points need to be measured and recorded.

 6. Measurement of multiple points for calibration should be added if +/- 1.00mm at 20cm, +/- 1.5mm at 50cm, +/- 2.00mm at 100cm, less than +/- 3.0mm at 150cm. Usable

 7. Measurement tape should have sticker attachment with username, unique ID, expiration date, calibration signature.
